Connect an account
- Open 10Alert Mail options and “Accounts and labels”.
- Read the data disclosure and continue only if you agree.
- Select Google, Microsoft or IMAP + SMTP.
- Choose the account on the provider's official page and review the permissions.
10Alert Mail never asks for your Google or Microsoft password.
Add more Gmail accounts
Select “Add another Google account” for each additional account. The local companion is required for additional-account OAuth. During testing, 403: access_denied means the account is not in the test audience; public access begins after Google approval.
Disconnect and erase data
- Remove every account in 10Alert Mail.
- Use complete local-data deletion in Privacy settings.
- Revoke 10Alert Mail from Google Account Connections if listed.
- Uninstall the extension and companion if no longer needed.
Troubleshooting
- Check account status and select Refresh.
- Run the notification test.
- Allow Chrome notifications in the operating system.
- Run the companion test for additional Gmail or IMAP accounts.
- Remove addresses, subjects and personal details from screenshots.
Contact
Use the address listed in Terms of Use, section 13. Include Chrome, extension and operating-system versions. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, private keys or complete email content.
Security reports
Use the same contact address with subject “10Alert Mail security report”. Include reproduction steps and impact, but never include real messages, passwords, tokens or personal data.
